If you’ve made an all natural laundry detergent purchase from us and received an incorrect or damaged laundry detergent, you can notify us at info@ecotwistclean.com within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund.

If you wish to return an item in exchange for another item of equal price, you must return your purchase within 30 days. You will be subjected to shipping fees.

In both cases, please contact info@ecotwistclean.com to begin the return process. Make sure you have proof of purchase, such as the order number (located in the top right corner of your confirmation email) included in your message.

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased and wish to try a different item, contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Please email us at info@ecotwistclean.com to with order number purchase included in your message. Please also tell us which new item you would like to receive. You may be subject to shipping costs.

After purchasing a product on our website, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file. Orders ship out the next business day after the order was received. After the label is printed, a tracking number will be assigned and emailed to you.

If you did not receive this email, please contact info@ecotwistclean.com and we will verify your purchase and confirm the tracking number.

Only the scent-free detergents are hypoallergenic. Even though our fragrances are all natural, gentle and and non toxic, EcoTwist scented detergent is NOT hypoallergenic.

We don’t add unnecessary chemicals to our EcoTwist vegan detergent like most detergent companies. This results in a thinner consistency and a more effective formula that is effective and safe for the environment.

All of our detergents are formulated to get your clothes and fabrics clean, smelling fresh, and snuggly soft! But some of our detergents are designed with specific needs in mind.

Our Active detergent, for example, is formulated to penetrate and kill odor-causing germs found in activewear. Meanwhile, our Baby detergent is formulated to get tough stains and smells out of clothes and fabrics, while being extremely gentle for your baby’s skin. Each has its own unique strength to deal with all of life’s messes!

Simply put, we’re not greenwashed like some other well-known detergents. When it comes to our ingredients, we walk the walk. Our eco-detergents are free from other ingredients commonly found in so-called “green” laundry detergents. EcoTwist is free from phosphates, nonylphenols ethoxylates, GMOs, parabens, triclosan, gluten, animal byproducts, animal testing, formaldehyde, dioxides, optical brighteners, artificial scents, dyes, SLEs, and odor encapsulation.

Our vegan and all natural laundry detergent actually works. The way we see it is that an eco-detergent that is ineffective is just as bad as an effective detergent that is not eco-friendly.
